Pro 29:24 Whoso is partner with a thief hateth his own soul: he heareth cursing, and betrayeth it not.
This is an interesting verse in Proverbs. According to the Bible, being partner to a crime is just as bad as being the perpetrator. And standing idly by while the wicked partake in sin (i.e. cursing) is just as bad as if you were doing the swearing yourself. If Christians would get a hold of this concept this could change the way you behave around lost people drastically.
